These terms govern your use of app.hospiminds.com and its products, operated by Hospiverse Technologies Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your business.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy and legality of the business data you load (menus, prices, customer lists, staff records). Your data remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to run the products you enable, and nothing more.
Plans are billed monthly in advance as listed on the pricing page, plus applicable GST. New accounts get a 30-day free trial with no card required; paid billing starts only when you subscribe. You can cancel any month, cancellation stops future billing and does not refund the current month.
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful content, spam, or messaging people who have not consented (WhatsApp broadcasts must go to opted-in contacts under WhatsApp Business policies). We may suspend accounts that endanger the platform, other tenants, or message-deliverability standing.
Some features draft content using AI (review replies, reports, campaign text). Drafts are suggestions: review them before publishing, you are responsible for what your business sends and posts.
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service; maintenance and third-party outages (WhatsApp, payment, review platforms) can affect features. We may improve or modify products over time; material reductions in a paid plan’s functionality will be notified in advance.
The platform is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or the acts of third-party platforms.
You may close your account at any time; data handling on closure follows our Privacy Policy. We may terminate for breach of these terms with notice where practicable. These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts at Gurgaon, Haryana holding jurisdiction. Questions: jigar@hospiminds.com.
