Hospiminds is a hospitality software platform operated by Hospiverse Technologies Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This policy covers app.hospiminds.com and the products delivered through it (eMenu, LoyaltyOS, ReviewRadar, WhatsApp automation, bookings, CRM, attendance and related modules).
Account data you provide (name, email, phone, business details); business data you load into the products (menus, customer lists, loyalty transactions, bookings, staff records, reviews you connect); and usage data (log-ins, feature usage, device and browser information) used to run and improve the service.
To provide the products you enable, to send service communications (order alerts, booking reminders, reports), to bill you, and to improve the platform. AI features (such as review reply drafts and analytics reports) process the relevant business data through our AI providers to generate their output.
We use trusted processors to run the service: cloud hosting and database providers, payment processing (Razorpay), WhatsApp Business messaging providers, email delivery, and AI model providers (Google Gemini and similar). Each receives only the data needed for its function. We do not sell your data or your customers’ data to anyone.
Data about your guests (loyalty members, bookings, orders, phone numbers) belongs to your business. We process it on your instructions to run the products you enable, and we do not use it to market to your customers or share it with other tenants.
We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your business data within 90 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or billing reasons. You can request export or deletion at any time by writing to us.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-restricted per tenant, and production access is limited to the operating team. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for optional communications, by emailing jigar@hospiminds.com. We respond within 30 days. This policy may be updated as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in-app.
